A New Chapter for a Storied Tradition

The Maguire Foundation Acquires “Jeeps at the Beach”

We are proud to announce that The Maguire Foundation has officially acquired the popular annual event, Jeeps at the Beach. This transition marks an exciting new chapter for one of the largest Jeep enthusiast gatherings in the region, while honoring the vision that made it so successful.

Founded in 2012 by Michael T. Smith, this event began as a personal effort to support Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital. As Michael prepares to relocate, he sought a partner to preserve the spirit of the event. The Maguire Foundation—the charitable arm of the Maguire Automotive Group—is honored to carry this legacy forward.

While the event will now support a wider range of local organizations through The Maguire Foundation, our commitment to Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital remains steadfast. We are also thrilled to welcome Michael T. Smith back this summer as our honorary host and Master of Ceremonies!

Event Logistics & Registration

We are excited to return to SYLVAN BEACH on SUNDAY, AUGUST 2, 2026. This is a charitable, rain-or-shine event. Because all proceeds benefit our community partners, there are NO REFUNDS given at any time.

Registration Info:

• Pre-Sale: $30 (Available via the links on our main page).
• Day-of Registration: $40 (Open until 2:00 PM).
• Payment: Please have CASH ready for day-of registration. Smaller bills are greatly appreciated!
